Building Community
Embracing Change
Meet Your Doula
Traci is a Certified Menopause Doula and Menstrual Health Educator, trained by The Menopause School in Birmingham, England. After decades spent supporting business executives and nonprofit leaders, she felt called to bring her problem‑solving instincts and facilitation skills to people navigating the often underestimated terrain of mid‑life change.
Her background as a yoga teacher and her training in consent practices shape the way she shows up: grounded, curious, and deeply committed to honoring each person’s agency. She’s built a practice that feels like a gathering place—where community matters, stories are welcomed, and support is shaped around the individual rather than the other way around.
Traci’s style is warm and conversational, the kind that invites people to exhale. In her groups, participants are encouraged to share openly, listen generously, and hold space for one another as they move through their own transitions.
My Offerings
90 Minutes
From the information you provide in a questionnaire before we meet, I'll tailor our session to include some education, some deeper diving into the types of issues that show up in your history, and some practical solutions to issues you may be encountering.
90 minutes.
Host a group conversation for your workplace, organization, or social group. I’ll facilitate an engaging conversation including sharing our stories and learning more about menstrual health, peri & post menopause, why this is happening to you, what to say to your doctor, and whatever else your group wants to explore.
Over the course of 4 months we’ll develop your personalized tool-kit, discuss self-advocacy at your doctor’s appointments, and find simple ways to optimize your tracking so we can tailor adjustments that will be most effective for you.
What People Are Saying
Traci, you are a natural facilitator, convener, and coach/mentor. Not only do you know the information/material, but you present it in a way that's easy to understand. Even the science part (which can get confusing at times). And more so, you're able to connect with the audience and engage in a pretty personal conversation while creating a safe space to share.
Grandmother orcas, permission to rest, celebrate our success, understand this new moon that we are walking into, to be a pre-menopausal or even having menopause is not a death sentence. And I have all the permission in the world to enjoy it because honestly, it hasn't been that bad. Finally feeling confident.
There is so much to cover and I thought you used our time perfectly. I liked how you shared the why (what is changing in our bodies), the how (symptoms) and the what (things we should do).
